Nutcracker 2025 & IBS Swan Lake 2025
Nutcracker 2025
Pre-registration for IBT’s 2025 Nutcracker Audition is open until Saturday, August 23, 2025 at 10:00am. After that, dancers may register at the door on the day of the audition.
Everyone should plan to arrive 15 minutes early.

Saturday-Sunday, August 23rd – 24th, 2025

Auditions for ages 4+
Saturday, August 23rd
1:00-2:30pm – Trainees, Trainee Apprentices, Junior Company, Apprentices to Junior Company.
2:30-5:00pm – Company 1 & 2 and Company 2 apprentices; Adult Company and Adults with dance experience (pointe)
Mandatory Company Parent Meeting for Adult Company, Company 1/Apprentices, 2/Apprentices, Trainee/Apprentices, Junior Company and Apprentice to Juniors at 5pm.
Sunday, August 24th
1:30-3:00pm – 13 and older
3:00-4:15pm – 8 – 12 year olds
4:15-5:15pm 4-7 year olds
Mandatory Parent Meeting 5:30pm for everyone who auditioned August 24th
IBS Swan Lake 2025
Pre-registration for the International Ballet Stars Swan Lake Audition is open until Saturday, September 9th at 12:00pm. After that, dancers may register at the door on the day of the audition.
Everyone should plan to arrive 15 minutes early.

4:00-4:20pm CST ages 5-9
4:20-4:40pm CST ages 9-13
4:40-5:10pm CST ages 13+
$25 Audition Fee if pre-registered before 12:00pm, September 6th
$35 Audition Fee if registering after 12:00pm, September 6th

Audition Tips
- Female dancers should wear a leotard and tights with their hair in a bun.
- Male dancers should wear a fitted t-shirt and shorts or sweatpants with neat hair.
- Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled audition time.
- Dancers must be at 4 years old the day of auditions to participate in IBT’s Nutcracker
While IBT strives to stay on schedule, please be prepared to stay longer if necessary.
